American Society for Nutrition Meeting 2018
Jennifer Lee and Dr. Neil Brett (from left to right) at American Society for Nutrition Meeting, Nutrition 2018, Boston, MA (June 8 – 13, 2018) presented their research on the effects of potatoes and other carbohydrates consumed with eggs on short-term food intake, satiety, and glycemic response in children. Jennifer received the Faculty of Community Services Conference Grant Award and International Conference and Research Support Fund to attend the conference.
