Privacy Policy
“Privacy Policy” applies to the Websites controlled by Nutrition Discovery (ND) Labs and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities (“ND Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) where the Privacy Policy is posted. ND Labs operates within the Privacy Policy defined by Ryerson University (“The University”). The University will comply with its legal obligations to protect restricted types of information, such as personal information, and respond to access-to-information requests, privacy breaches and privacy complaints as outlined in the Information Protection and Providing Access to Restricted Information Procedure.
Privacy of your personal and testing information is a priority for ND Labs. In this statement, we explain how we collect, use and disclose information when you (“participants”, or “clients”) wish to partake in our research studies (“Study”) or testing services (“Service”). This privacy policy applies to all participants whether you are a student, faculty member or community member. Our websites (“Site”) provide further information about our Study and/or Service.
No Information from Children under age 18 without parent/guardian consent. The Site is not directed to children and children are not eligible to partake in our Study and/or Service without parent/guardian consent. If you are under age 18, please do not attempt to partake in our Study, use our Service, or provide any personal information about yourself to us. A parent/guardian must contact us for our Study and/or Service and consent before we proceed to collect any information. We may decline any Service on children under age 18 for safety concerns.

Personal Information. We receive information related to an individual when:
• You provide us information to communicate with us through our Site. This information may include Personal Information (e.g., name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth).
You can choose not to provide us with certain information. However, if you choose to not disclose pertinent information to contact you, then you may not be contacted.

We will use your Personal Information to communicate with you about Study and/or Service.
3. How We Protect Your Information
We employ reasonable physical, electronic and managerial security methods to help protect against unauthorized access to personal information.
Personal Information collected from the Site will be discarded 6 months after the last contact date.
